Welcome.
I'm Rebbie Blair from fluoride and pesticides to seed oils and forever chemicals, we've all seen the headlines about the potential dangers lurking in our food system and in the environment.
Well, today here at the New York Stock Exchange, I'm joined by Dr.
Jared Oxendoor, founder of Achieve Wellness, who will tell us more.
So thank you so much for joining me.
Well, thank you, Remy, for having us here.
This is an amazing place.
It's absolutely incredible.
So today we're going to talk a lot about just health and how do we stay.
Healthy and not only just health but ultimately the Freedom Summit and everything that we do in Minnesota to really bring health and wellness and awareness to everybody across the globe.
Yeah, and Dr.
Jared, I think awareness is key here because in this day and age when our attention spans are so short we're addicted to our phones and we get a lot of information, but we need to separate fact from fiction here.
So when it comes to health, what do you think is most important for viewers to understand?
Well, first, Foremost, I think that what you mentioned in the beginning is everybody is getting quite addicted to our cell phones, and we're trying to get that quick media and there's so much propaganda that gets pushed out on our cell phones and it's such a quick little fix that we can get as far as for just deep diving into some of that research and figuring out what is fact and what is fiction, because let's face it, there are companies out there, supplementation companies, pharmaceutical companies, they're just pushing the propaganda and the marketing at you to buy their product.
And so when we look at true Health and when you look at really how do you make the body healthy, there's a couple of different facts and things that you have to look at.
One is what is going on inside the body, what's happening with our cells, and so how do you test for those types of things and make sure that the body is working the best it possibly can from the inside out.
And so that's kind of our philosophy in our office is we look at the person from the inside out versus the outside in and getting to the root cause of somebody's disease versus looking at just symptoms and giving you a pill or a supplement to just mask that symptom.
Yeah, and I think it's befitting that we're here at the New York Stock Exchange talking about this.
You mentioned propaganda, but there are so many businesses that are built around making all of us healthy.
But as individuals, there are so many different factors that contribute to our health, right?
Genetics, what we're born with, and the environment that we're in, not to mention how we maintain our nutrition.
So you think testing is key, is that correct?
I think it's very much so key, so we can figure.
Out what's going on inside of us.
You get a true idea of what the cells are doing, what the mitochondria are doing, how many toxins are actually there.
And we talk about DNA and you talk about our genetics, actually it's only about 4 to 6% of all disease in the world is actually related to your genes, and the other 94 95% is related to the environment.
And so you look at the new Maha report that RFK did, right, and you look at the facts that are coming out of that and how a lot of our. is actually created by us and created by the environment, the herbicides, the pesticides, the chemicals, the medications, the vaccines, the just the toxins that are around us.
And then you also look at even just stress.
I mean you're standing on the New York Stock Exchange, you can almost feel the stress of some of the people here and so you wonder like what kind of stress or cortisol are they releasing that's creating a disease process in their body as well.
So there's many different ways that you can test for that to see exactly what the body is actually doing.
Yeah, and you brought up a few things there, and when we think about the environment that we're in, you mentioned stress, there's been a lot of that, especially if we're addicted to our smartphones.
We're getting all those breaking news alerts.
We're worrying about things that are beyond our control.
So what is your advice when it comes to some of these headlines regarding, say, fluorides, seed oils, or even concerns about radiation emanating from Some of the equipment that we're surrounded by exactly.
So you've got to find a way for your bodies to heal and for the cells to heal.
And so in New York it's kind of hard to get out and ground or to get out and just get away from some of those things, but putting the cell phone down a couple of hours before you go to bed, try to get away from that cell phone.
Try to really get that proper nutrition into your body organic, you know, whole foods, healthy fats, lots of goods.
Protein, those are the things that are going to help the body repair and replenish, but then ultimately how do we just destress from the world too by again trying to get away from some of the just the toxic toxic emotional type of things that we're around and maybe it's friends, maybe it's people we're even surrounded around.
So there's a lot of our patients that come into our office that you have to look for where are those toxic elements in their lives and then ultimately start separating those things.
So whether it's a cell phone.
Whether it's some type of even smoking or alcohol or drugs or whatever it may be, but also just the emotional content that people are under, they say that kids today are under more stress than people in psychiatric houses and homes 20-30 years ago.
So we have more stress on our environment and on people today than what we had 2030 years ago.
And so you look at how do we actually start decreasing the stress of our youth and ultimately the adults alike to really Help with that disease process in the world and I think that's really alarming when you think about it, isn't it?
It is.
It's super alarming and I think you know you look at it and it's like, where is it all coming from? and a lot of it can be from, yes, there's great things in our tech in our media, and there's great things in our cell phones, but they can also cause a lot of damage and harm, especially in the youth of today.
So it's all about management, it seems the best we possibly can, and unfortunately.
Sometimes we are addicted to it.
It's attached at our hip or it's a quick phone call, whatever it may be.
So any way that we can get away from it, the better off we're going to be.
Get out, take a walk, go out and exercise.
Get out in Central Park here in New York.
We were out there yesterday.
It was absolutely beautiful, and you know you look at these aspects of things about how can you just get away from some of the things that are pulling our attention away from just people and interactions and conversations, even those are just healthy things to be having.
And speaking of people, Dr.
Jared, I understand there is a global freedom summit that is coming up, and many people are attending.
So tell us what's on the agenda.
Great question.
So we've been doing the Freedom Summit since 2019, and this will be our 7th year now up in Alexandria, Minnesota.
On the lineup this year, we do all things health freedom, and so we talk about our religious freedoms, our Health freedoms, our constitutional rights, and ultimately just what do we do in certain situations so that people can advocate for themselves.
The reason that we started the conference was I started it in and around vaccine injured kids and vaccines and so we were just really talking about like what do people really know before they make that decision to inject themselves or inject the child and then ultimately get kind of the balance out because we only hear one side in the model and so we want to make sure that parents are getting the good sides of both to be able to discern and have full consent about what they're actually doing.
And then on secondary on top of that we want to talk about just where and what aspects do we do to protect those rights and protect those regions.
And so in the past we've had constitutional lawyers come and speak.
We have people like Micky Willis and JP Sears coming to the stage this year.
Uh, we have Pastor Aaron Chambers, Pastor Ben Graham, we have Joshua Fernstein, Leo Wilson of Stand for Health Freedom.
She's going to be an amazing speaker.
She's going to talk a lot about our health freedoms and constitutional rights and how do we get involved in states and states and legislation.
Bills, but yeah, I mean we have an amazing lineup that is going to be absolutely incredible talking about our freedoms and how do we preserve those freedoms.
OK, Dr.
Jared, well, thank you so much for making time to join us here at the New York Stock Exchange, and thank you so much for sharing all of your insights.
Thank you, Roy.
I appreciate the time.
Thank you.
