Finstreet, a subsidiary of Rorix Holdings, has been
granted eight licenses to launch the first Digital MTF, Central
Securities Depository, and Private Financing Platform under one
ecosystem in ADGM. This groundbreaking financial market
infrastructure will operate across global markets from Abu Dhabi.
Finstreet’s three subsidiaries will be the first
regulated global market infrastructure to offer an end-to-end hybrid
traditional and blockchain-powered ecosystem. This will cover the full
lifecycle of financial assets, including origination,
issuance, trading, settlement, and custody.
